Centuries ago, the gaucho, Brazil's equivalent to the North American cowboy, sparked the counties pastime of grilling meats on an open fire. Today the tradition is continued through our own Gauchao Brazilian Steakhouse.
We strive to provide an authentic gaucho dining experience. Your experience begins as you walk into our rustic brick banquet room, offering over 68 items including typical Brazilian hot dishes, smoked salmon and tuna, cured meats, shrimp, fresh vegetables, imported cheeses, salsas, and pasta salads. Pair your meal with one of our fine exotic wines or Brazilian specialty beverages.
The fabulous feast continues at your table. You will be provided with a red and green stop & go card, to let us know how best to serve you. When you are ready for your fire roasted meats, simply turn the card to green "go" and our gauchos will serve you with our 16 different kinds of exquisite meats, served one slice at a time. Once you are ready to take a break, just turn your card to the red "stop" side. Finish your meal with one of our gourmet desserts.
