Centuries ago, the gauchao, Brazil’s equivalent to the North American cowboy, sparked
the country’s popular pastime of grilling meats on an open fire. Today, the tradition
is continued through our own Gauchao Brazilian Steakhouse.
We strive to provide an authentic gauchao dining experience. Your experience will
begin in our terra-cotta colored dining room by grazing on a spectacular salad bar
perfectly lined with 38 items, including fresh-cut vegetables, imported cheeses,
cured meats, pasta salads, salsas, shrimp and typical Brazilian hot side dishes.
The fabulous feast continues at your table. You will be provided a stop-and-go card
with a red and a green side, to let us know how to best serve you. When you are ready
for your roasted meats, turn the card to the green “go” side and our gauchaos will
serve you 15 different kinds of meat; one slice at a time. Once you are ready to
take a break, just turn your card to the red “stop” side.
